Manage Welcome, Check-In, and Feedback Content

Edit the guest-facing sections inside System so welcome content and questionnaires stay current.

Before you start

Each tab inside System controls a different piece of the guest-facing experience.

  • Manage Settings access.
  • A property is selected.

Update guest-facing sections

  1. 1

    Open System.

  2. 2

    Choose the section you need: Welcome, Check-In, My Stay, or Feedback.

  3. 3

    Edit the content for that section.

  4. 4

    Save the changes and review the preview before leaving the page.

Use each section correctly

  • Welcome for introductory media and opening instructions.
  • Check-In for arrival questions and prompts.
  • My Stay for structured property information guests browse during the stay.
  • Feedback for questionnaires and follow-up prompts.
