Create and Manage Tasks

Create tasks, assign details, follow reminders, and keep the operational queue current.

Before you start

The Tasks page tracks operational follow-up with due dates, reminders, and attachments.

  • A property is selected.

Create a task

  1. 1

    Open Tasks from the navigation.

  2. 2

    Select Add Task.

  3. 3

    Enter the title, supporting details, due date, and priority.

  4. 4

    Add reminders or attachments if they help the assignee.

  5. 5

    Save the task.

Update existing work

  1. 2

    Open the task from the list.

  2. 3

    Edit status, reminder, assignee, or attachments.

  3. 4

    Save changes as soon as the work status changes.
