Use Maintenance for planned work

Open Maintenance.

Review the calendar and list of scheduled items.

Add or edit maintenance records with dates and responsible providers.

Save the schedule changes.
Use Incidents for active issues

Open Incidents when the issue needs status tracking or escalation.

Create a new incident if one does not already exist.

Assign category, criticality, and status.
- 5
Keep the incident updated until the issue is resolved.
